Chocolate Raspberry Granola
This homemade granola is a great recipe to keep on hand for breakfast and to munch on for a snack—that is, if you don’t eat it all as you’re making it!


Chocolate Raspberry Granola

Ingredients

- ½ cup Sliced Almonds
- 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- ½ cup Pepitas
- ¼ cup Olivelle Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic, plus more for serving
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Olivelle Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker
- ¼ tsp Olivelle Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
- 3 oz Dark Chocolate Bar, chopped
- Greek Yogurt & Fresh Raspberries, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (oats to Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt). Lay out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven until toasted, about 10-15 minutes.
- Let the granola cool completely, then mix in the chocolate chunks.
- Serve granola with Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle more of the Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
