This homemade granola is a great recipe to keep on hand for breakfast and to munch on for a snack—that is, if you don’t eat it all as you’re making it!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds
  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Pepitas
  • ¼ cup Olivelle Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Olivelle Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic, plus more for serving
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Olivelle Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker
  • ¼ tsp Olivelle Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
  • 3 oz Dark Chocolate Bar, chopped
  • Greek Yogurt & Fresh Raspberries, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (oats to Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt). Lay out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven until toasted, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let the granola cool completely, then mix in the chocolate chunks.
  4. Serve granola with Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle more of the Vine-Ripened Raspberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
