Description

Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chocolate Layer

1 Avocado, cubed and frozen

11.5 cups Milk (Soy, Almond, your choice)

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

12 teaspoons Stevia or other sweetener, to taste

Pinch Salt

For the Strawberry Layer

1 Avocado, cubed and frozen

6 Strawberries, sliced and frozen

11.5 cups Milk (Soy, Almond, your choice)

12 teaspoons Stevia or other sweetener, to taste

OR for the Mint Layer

1 Avocado, cubed and frozen

11.5 cups Milk (Soy, Almond, your choice)

12 teaspoons Stevia or other sweetener, to taste

1/4 teaspoon Mint Extract

Optional Garnishes:

Chocolate Syrup

Sprinkles

Fresh strawberry slices

Fresh Mint Leaves

Whipped Cream

Instructions

Simply throw all ingredients into a blender (we carry a nice Cuisinart blender!) and blend until smooth. To layer, make two recipes separately and then alternately pour into cups, in 2-3 layers each.

Notes

Avocados offer a creamy and smooth texture with a very mild flavor that is completely masked by chocolate, mint, strawberries, or whatever your flavor of choice may be.
