Baked Brie is probably one of the easiest appetizers out there, but always makes a great impression. Brie pairs well with sweet toppings – such as honey and jams. We used apricot jam and paired it with pistachios and almonds. Serve the cheese along side some apple or pear slices as well, they balance each other out well.
The most challenging part of the entire dish was moving the brie from the sheet pan to the cheese board. As the cheese is practically molten on the inside (yum), the rind is the only thing keeping the cheese in one piece and must be moved gently. But other than that this appetizer comes together in 15 minutes flat and is almost completely mess free.Print
A simple but tasty treat for all seasons!
