Hot Dogs with Onion & Stone Ground Mustard Relish
I LOVE tangy condiments on hot dogs – mustard, onions, pickles, sauerkraut – you name it. We took advantage of a few of those favorites to make a quick relish with our favorite grainy mustard, sweet onions and dill pickles.
We used a cast iron grill pan to grill our hot dogs indoors for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Our favorite is this Lodge Grill Pan – the price is right and the pan comes PRE-SEASONED. Seasoning is by far the most time-consuming part of cast iron, but now we get the benefits without all the work (!!!).
