The Frosty Shamrock Drink

We knew we wanted to incorporate Lucky Charms cereal into some aspect of our celebration, and this ended up being the perfect fit! The drink is a mixture of cool lime sherbet and sparkling ginger ale and is topped with a little whipped cream and sprinkle of lucky charms. Feel free to add sparkling wine, champagne or a little vodka to make this drink a festive cocktail, too.

With 4 ingredients (and an optional cocktail option), this is the easiest way to get festive on St. Patty’s.

  • 3/4 cup Lime Sherbet (about 2 large scoops), softened
  • 1/4 cup Ginger Ale
  • Whipped Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lucky Charms Cereal

  • Add 1 oz Vodka per serving
  • Or replace Ginger Ale with Sparkling Wine or Champagne

In a bowl or cocktail shaker, combine sherbet and ginger ale (or other alcoholic options) and stir/shake until smooth and combined. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of Lucky Charms cereal.
