Description

Bring this fresh, simple, and colorful appetizer to your next potluck or party!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 rolls of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Dip seasoning mix (about 2 tbsp or amount listed on package)
  • 3 cups of chopped veggies, your choice (carrot, celery, cauliflower, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, olives, green onions, cucumber, etc)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Roll crescent roll sheets flat into pan, using your finger to seal seams into one large sheet. Bake at 375º for about 10 minutes, until golden brown on top. Set the crust aside to cool.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together with the dip blend until combined and few lumps remain. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
  3. If you haven’t already, chop all vegetables into bite-size pieces. Mix pieces in a bowl and then sprinkle evenly over the pan. Use your hands to squish veggies into the dip mixture to make sure they stick to each slice. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the entire pan.
  4. Cut into squares using a pizza cutter. Enjoy!
