Watermelon Mozzarella Salad

A fridge clean-out recipe! This recipe has no measurements, just mix together what you have. Feel out the amounts with your heart. Easy substitutions: cantaloupe for watermelon, mint for basil, honey or lime for vinegar, pistachios for almonds. It’ll be delicious!

Watermelon Mozzarella Salad

There’s no right or wrong way to make this salad.


  • Watermelon
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Marcona Almonds
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper


Chop the watermelon into chunks. Rip the mozzarella into bite-size pieces. Chop the almonds. Julienne the basil. Toss all ingredients with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve!
